Our exclusive concierge service offers a personalized diamond sourcing experience for discerning clients seeking the perfect stone. This premium service includes a comprehensive consultation process designed to understand your unique vision and requirements.
Service Investment:
Diamonds: $250 (non-refundable)

Our Diamond Sourcing Process:
Initial Consultation: We begin with a detailed introductory zoom call to understand your preferences, budget, and the specific characteristics you desire in your perfect diamond.
Diamond Selection: Once the sourcing fee is paid in full, you'll receive high-quality videos and photos of your selected diamond, along with IGI/GIA certification, delivered via email.
Approval & Hold: After you confirm the diamond for approval, we place it on a 24-hour hold. During this time, you must complete payment for the stone through our website. Please note that the sourcing fee is separate and does not apply toward the purchase price of the stone.
Quality Assurance & Shipping: We receive and re-inspect your diamond before shipping it to you with all certifications. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Custom Ring Creation (Optional):
For settings requiring custom design, we'll create detailed CAD imagery and email it to you for approval. A non-refundable design fee of $175 is required upfront before we begin the design process. Please fill out the contact form on the home page
We include up to two design revisions at no additional cost. Once you approve the final design, you'll receive an invoice for the setting and diamond (if applicable). Production begins after payment is received.
Timeline: Please allow 2-3 weeks for completion after final payment.
