    Return & Shipping Policy

    We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out. We offer free returns within our standard return window. Please review our return & diamond sourcing policy below::

    Pre-Authorization Required

    All returns must be pre-authorized by our team and made within the 10 days from receipt to initiate a return request. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded after 10 days.

    • Loose diamonds/gemstones listed as “In Stock” or “Ready to Ship” are eligible for return within 10 days of receipt.
    • Returns must be pre-authorized and meet the following conditions:
      • The diamond/ jewelry must be in its original, unaltered condition.
      • All original documentation, including IGI/GIA certificates must be included.
      • Items must be returned in secure, insured packaging

        Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

          • Custom orders including ring builder and loose stones from our global network are FINAL SALE.



    Cancellations

    You may cancel your purchase within 24 hours after you placed your order on our website.  Please send an email to info@itsthediamondcollector.com

    If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@itsthediamondcollector.co

    Refunded Payments

    Once we receive your return, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your financial institution, as banks and credit card companies typically need 3-5 business days to post refunds to your account.

    Custom Orders

    CAD fee to be paid uprfront prior to designing.

    A 50% deposit is required on all custom order before sending out to be made.


    Final Sale Items

    • Loose diamonds (Except from our "Ready to Ship") from our global inventory are final sale and non-returnable.
    • Special made to order pieces includes Ring Builder
    • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
