At It’s The Diamond Collector, we are committed to delivering your fine jewelry and diamonds with care, security, and transparency. Please review the details below regarding our shipping timelines and procedures.

1. Shipping Timelines

• Diamonds selected from our global platform require 7–10 business days to arrive at our office for inspection and quality verification before being shipped to you. This ensures that every diamond meets our standards before delivery.
• Once inspected, your diamond will be securely shipped to you via FedEx or UPS and with tracking provided. Allow an additional 7 days.

2. Ready-to-Ship Items

• Items listed as “Ready to Ship” will be processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after your order is confirmed.

3.Special Orders & Custom Jewelry

• Made-to-order and custom jewelry pieces typically require 4–8 weeks, depending on the design, materials, and production schedule. A more specific timeline will be provided during the ordering process.

4. Shipping Carriers

• We ship all items via FedEx or UPS, insured and with adult signature required upon delivery for your protection.
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address at checkout.

5. Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and estimated delivery date. Please allow 10 -14 business days for loose stones.
