We specialize in fine jewelry, natural and lab-grown diamonds, and personalized diamond sourcing services. All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person or geographic area.


3. Diamond Sourcing Fee

When you request our team to source diamonds on your behalf, a non-refundable $250 sourcing fee applies. This fee covers the presentation of 2–3 curated diamond options based on your specifications. This fee is non refundable.

4. Return Policy

Please see our full Return Policy for complete information. Key points include:

  • In-stock loose diamonds are eligible for return within 10 days of receipt, but must be pre-authorized before returning.
  • Custom-sourced loose diamonds (not in our ready-to-ship inventory) are final sale and non-returnable.
  • Made-to-order jewelry and custom designs are also final sale.
  • Unauthorized returns will be declined and not refunded.

5. Order Acceptance and Billing

We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order placed with us. We may, at our discretion, refuse service or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or in violation of these Terms. Accurate billing and shipping information must be provided for all orders.

We offer insured shipping on all items. Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers or other uncontrollable events.
